I can share only my opinion but I think if earlier used anal plug you can start with “S” size.

The “M” size is huge and not easy to put it in.

If you would like to buy “L” size I am happy to sell it. It is brand new and I never will be use because it is extreme huge for me.

Cons:

The small sizes sometimes so easy to push out and cannot attach strap on it.
